What: graphic design, concept & print set up for sales brochure to be used to promote the sale of 565 Bourke Street.
The client was looking for a brochure that was different & unique and reflected the modern section of their building. The brochure was finished with a semi-translucent tracing paper cover and bound with silver eyelets.
Spot UV was through out the document in the shape of the orange lines that are on the front cover.
