75 Castlereagh Street
This bespoke and high spec Information Memorandum was designed to give to qualified leads who were interested purchasing 75 Castlereagh Street.
Both the logo and the IM were inspired by the striking architectural features of this buildings front facade.
The IM was designed to appear a little like high end retail gift packaging, paying homage to Castlereagh Street’s reputation as being the high end retail street of Sydney.
The covers were an overlapping gatefold, utilising Pearl foiling for the pattern, then overlaid with a gloss Black foil for the logo. Upon opening the IM, you are greeted with a semi-translucent cover page before opening into the remainder of the IM.
