Each property had their own individual Information Memorandum, the covers were a premium velvet touch material embellished with foiled emblems each in their own colours but designed to sit together as a suite.
In addition there was a Portfolio Information Memorandum, with a leatherlike cover and platinum foiling, this was the jewel of the suite. It was a group presentation including case studies on each property and also the portfolio overview.
